Who we are
Bulletin is a communications consultancy specialising in financial services and academia.
We are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our clients, business contacts, media contacts and website visitors. We have written this Privacy Policy to provide detailed information on when and why we hold personal information, how we use it and the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others.
Media contacts
A core part of our business as a PR consultancy is to communicate with people in the media and supply them with stories and press releases relevant to their areas of interest. We believe this is a legitimate interest both for Bulletin and for our clients and that it is also in the interest of media contacts to hear interesting and relevant stories.
To help us keep up to date, we source media contacts from Roxhill Media, a media contact database service provider (Roxhill Media’s privacy policy can be viewed here: https://roxhillmedia.com/privacy-policy) Details provided include name, organisation, work email, work phone number, LinkedIn, Twitter, current role, career history and areas of interest.
We use this information to provide stories and press releases to individually and specifically selected media contacts. We commit to ensuring that the information we send is relevant and targeted and that contact details are not used in an excessive way.
We may share relevant media contact details securely with our clients to let them know which journalists we have contacted.

As a client or business contact of Bulletin , you should be aware that your contact details will be stored on our secure networks. We take the security of such information very seriously and have policies in place to ensure it. Please contact us if you would like to know more about our security policies.
We use your information for the administration of the work we undertake for or with you. We do not pass on your details to other organisations and businesses except for the purposes of the administration of your account or unless legally required to do so.
Occasional newsletters/marketing
We may email clients and business contacts with occasional newsletters to keep them informed of relevant developments in the industry and in relation to Bulletin, our work and our insights.
